Heat developable color photosensitive material
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent color turbidity and to improve the transferability of a diffusible dye released from the bottom recording layer by interposing practically nonphotosensitive intermediate layers each contg. a coupler capable of forming a passive compound by a reaction with the oxidized product of a developing agent between two photosensitive layers. CONSTITUTION:Yellow, magenta and cyan couplers for internal color development are used as couplers each capable of forming a passive compound by a reaction with the oxidized product of a developing agent. Each of the couplers has an aryl group having <=8C alkyl and/or >=4C alkyl and a hydrophilic group such as sulfo, carboxyl of sulfamoyl at positions except the active site so as to form said compound. The amount of the coupler used in each intermediate layer is 1X10<-9>-1X10<-4>mol, preferably 1X10<-7>-1X10<-5>mol per 100cm<2> photosensitive material. The thickness of the intermediate layer is 0.01-5mum, preferably 0.1- 5mum on the dry basis.
