Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain an equal speed scanning property of an optical beam by diffracting the optical beam by a rotating hologram plate so that a stationary hologram plate diffracts its diffracted beam in the direction opposite to a diffraction of its optical beam. CONSTITUTION:As for a stationary hologram plate 9, the recording is executed by an interference of a light of spherical waves A, B whose one or both have a spherical aberration. When the spherical wave A is irradiated to the stationary hologram plate 9, the spherical wave B shown by a broken line is reproduced. In case when the stationary hologram irradiates the spherical wave A, a wave of the outside has a larger angle of polarization, and that of the inside has a smaller angle of polarization. That is to say, when a recording is executed by the surface B having an aberration by which an angle thetaB made by a scanning surface 2 becomes larger toward the outside and becomes smaller toward the center direction, the scanning on the scanning surface 2 is executed at an equal speed.
