Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To provide a tape recorder having multi-functions, to stabilize its operation, and to simplify its constitution by setting it to a prescribed operating state of a tape recorder mechanism, incorporating a connecting part of plural operating members which have the connecting part in each prescribed part and are formed as one body, into an incorporated base body, and thereafter, inserting it through a cutting die, and constituting it so that it can be separated. CONSTITUTION:A connecting part of plural operating members is incorporated in an incorporated base body in a state that its one body form is held, and thereafter, it is inserted through a cutting die and constituted so that it can be separated. For instance, a winding lever 31, a highs-speed lever 33, an FF lever 34 and a pause driving lever 38 are formed as one body by means of mold forming, etc. in a state that each end part of them is connected organically in advance by connecting parts 551, 552 and 553 to which an oblique line has been put, an incorporated in a prescribed part of a main chassis 11 in a state that the one body form is held. Subsequently, after the incorporation, each connecting part 551, 552 and 553 is cut and separated by using a punch 54 and a die 53 installed to a press machine, by which they become independent as the respective levers 31, 33, 34 and 38.
