Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To reduce distortion of a vane sliding groove or a compression chamber, and prevent reduction in capacity of a compressor due to mechanical loss, by specifying a shape of a contact surface on the vane sliding groove side in contact surfaces of a cylinder with a closed case. CONSTITUTION:In a contact surface 111 of a cylinder 11 with a closed case 2, a contact surface 112 on a side of a sliding groove 18 of a vane 20 is extended at angles of 15 deg. on both sides with respect to a symmetrical axis (l) lying on the origin O as a center of a compression chamber 16 and a center of the sliding groove 18. With this arrangement, a contact range of the contact surface 112 on the sliding groove 18 side is largely reduced as compared with a conventional structure. Accordingly, it is possible to largely reduce a component of a stress acting toward the sliding groove 18 due to press-fit as applied on the contact surface 112 from the closed case 2. As a result, distortion of the sliding groove 18 and the compression chamber 16 due to the component of the stress may be reduced to prevent reduction in capacity of the compressor due to mechanical loss.
