Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To improve an elimination rate of a power source ripple, by constituting so that a current flowing to a voltage stabilizing element is absorbed by an output end of a current mirror circuit in accordance with a voltage variation of a DC power source. CONSTITUTION:For instance, in case when a DC power source Vin is raised by DELTAVin by a power source ripple, etc., a current quantity of currents I1, I2 tends to increase. When the current I1 increases, a current I3 tends to increase by an operation of current mirror circuits Q3, Q4. This current I3 tends to increase by absorbing a current of a collector C1 of a transistor Q1, namely, the current I2. As a result, the current I2 does not increase even if the current I1 increases. In this way, a varied portion DELTAI2 of the current I2 is absorbed, it becomes such an extent that is regarded as DELTAI2 0, and a stable current I2 flows to a Zener diode D1 at all times. On the other hand, in case when the DC power source Vin is lowered by DELTAVin by the power source ripple, etc., both the currents I1, I2 tend to decrease. In this case, the current I3 decreases, and the current I2 does not decrease, therefore, a current flowing in the Zener diode D1 is kept constant.
