Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To compensate effectively switching transient noise produced by capacitance between electrodes by applying a signal of opposite polarity as a switching signal to a drain or a source of a semiconductor switch in the same timing as the switching signal of the switch. CONSTITUTION:The switching transient noise generated when the switch 1 changes over the gain of an amplifier 5 is compensated by a compensating capacitor 2 and a diode 8. In this case, a value of a capacitor 2 is selected to a value corresponding to the capacitance between electrodes of the semiconductor switch 1, a gate voltage 3 representing a switching command signal of the swhtch 1 becomes a voltage signal 4 of opposite polarity being a compensating signal via an NOR circuit element 6 and applied to the source or the drain in matching with the switching timing. Thus, the switching transient noise is cancelled and compensated.
