Information transfer system

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To simplify the operation of a subscriber by transmitting information of a call relating to the subscriber by an exchange via a channel with a service device when the subscriber requests the connection to the service device. CONSTITUTION:When a subscriber 2 to be called is absent and when a calling subscriber 1 desiring an absence calling service operates the connection to a voice storage device 4, a call state monitoring section 7 transmits the telephone number of the subscribers 1, 2 and the absence transfer service number to an information section 14. Then, a central controller 6 sets an idle line corresponding section 9 and a PB signal transmitter 15 via a network 5. The said numbers are transmitted to a channel from the section 14 via the transmitter 15. After the start signal is received in the device 4, the information receiving section 11 transmits the said number to a service deciding section 12. The deciding section 12 decides the service to be offered to the subscriber 1 as the absence transfer service. When the device 4 returns the response signal to the exchange 3, the exchange 3 sets the channel between the subscriber 1 and the device 4, and the device 4 execute the absence transfer service.
