Mounting construction of lid for resin box

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To enable a lid to be mounted to a box without generating looseness, by protrusively providing stopper parts in two upper and bottom places in a hinge piece formed in an inverted L-shape, in the case of construction such that the lid is mounted by protrusively providing the stopper parts in the hinge piece protruded from the lid so as to fit said stopper parts to the main unit of the box. CONSTITUTION:A console box 2 is formed such that a lid 5, opening and elosing an opening part 4 of the main unit 3 of a box integrally formed with a floor console 1, is mounted to the main unit 3 of the box to be opened and closed through a hinge piece 20. Here the hinge piece 20, formed in an almost inverted L-shape across an opening edge upper face 8 and a side face 21 in the inside of the box main unit 31 integrally forms in its upper part 22 and bottom part 23 click members 24, 25 as a stopper part respectively protruding downward. While in the box main unit 3, an almost inverted L-shaped recessed part 26 is formed from the upper face 8 to the side face 21, and stopper holes 27, 28, fitting said click membrs 24, 25 to the upper face 8 and the side face 21 in the recessed part 26, are formed.
