Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To perform accurate and automatic measurement by detecting the lift height and tilt angle of a bucket and hydraulic pressures of a lift and a tilt cylinder in loaded state, and correcting the center of gravity in loading. CONSTITUTION:A bucket holding mechanism B. L is equipped with a height detecting sensor 7 for the bucket 1, hydraulic pressure detecting sensor for the lift cylinder 4, hydraulic pressure detecting sensor 9 for the tilt cylinder 6, and a tilt angle detecting sensor 10 for the bucket 1. Output terminals of the respective sensors 7-10 are connected to the input part of an arithmetic processing means 15 through A/D converters 11-14. The ROM16 of this arithmetic processing means is previously made store the conversion expression based upon the correlation between respective hydraulic pressure of the lift cylinder 4 and tilt cylinder 6 at the height position of the bucket 1 in loading measurement and the loading weight in the bucket 1. The signal of a loading weight calculation result after the correction of the center of gravity is transmitted to an output equipment 17 and outputted through a digital display device 17A and a printer 17B.
