Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To use an inexpensive control cable, by using a single-wire cable which is wired from a face to another face of a box-shaped attachment type of a controller and providing a guide member having fit grooves to the route of the control cable. CONSTITUTION:A single-wire control cable 4 is wired between an action rod 34 provided on a face 11 of a box-shaped attachment part 1 and an oscillating lever 16 on another face 12, and guide members 5 and 6 having fitting grooves 51 and 61 are set slidably to the route of the cable 4. The vacuum pressure is supplied to a vacuum actuator 3 via a feed hose 36. Then the rod 34 is pulled in, and the cable 4 is pulled out with oscillations in the length direction while it is fitted to the grooves 51 and 61. As a result, the tip part of the lever 16 is also pulled out and turned clockwise against an energizing spring 46. Then a pivot 15 is turned, and a door 14 moves in the closing direction. When the vacuum pressure of the actuator 3 is removed, the rod 34 is reset. At the same time, the lever 16 is also reset by the force of the spring 46. Therefore the cable 4 slides and is then reset to its original state with no sag and while it is fitted to the grooves 51 and 61.
