Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To easily take out only filter cloth from a filter, by a method wherein bag like filter cloths are internally introduced into perforated core cylinders arranged in a multiple ring shaped array while successively folded and filter cloths are formed on the inner and the outer surfaces of the perforated core cylinders. CONSTITUTION:A support bottom plate 5 having multiple ring shaped grooves 6a-6c provided on the upper surface thereof by engraving is threaded with the threaded part 4 provided to the lower end of a tube shaft 2 and perforated core cylinders 9a-9c are fixed to the ring shaped grooves 6a-6c in an upright state. In this state, filter cloth 10 is clamped to the peripheral side surface of the support bottom plate 5 at the lower end thereof as shown by the numeral 14 and introduced into the corresponding space between the outermost porous core cylinder 9a and the next porous core cylinder 9b from the top part of said porous core cylinder 9a until contacted with the bottom plate 5 while folded and subsequently inserted into the corresponding space with the inside porous core cylinder 9c from the top part of the porous core cylinder 9b while folded successively toward the central direction to be clamped and fixed at the upper part of the tube shaft 2 as shown by the numeral 13. Therefore, the exchange of the filter cloth 10 is performed by upwardly drawing up the upper end of the filter cloth 10 clamped and fixed to the upper part of the tube shaft 2 and only the filter cloth 10 can be easily taken out.
