Fault diagnosing device of multiple transmitter

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To find a short-circuit fault point easily by dissociating and connecting slave stations at long distance from a master station by switching circuits while connecting respective slave stations at short distance from the master station continuously, and performing the control of a control circuit in the event of a short-circuit fault. CONSTITUTION:If a short-circuit fault occurring to some part of a transmission line 7 disables information transmission among all slave stations 8, the (m)th switching circuit 9m is closed by pressing a switch to dissociate the (m)th slave station 8m at the farther distance from the master station 5. At this time, slave stations with slave station numbers 1-(m) are held connected to the master station 5. Then, the master station 5 sends a request signal. When the (l)th slave station 8 is dissociated, it is found that the short-circuit point is between the (l)th and the (l+1)th switching circuits 9 by obtaining an answer to the request signal.
