Hydraulic control of excavator
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To smoothly excavate the ground by a method in which the excavation resistance of a hydraulic cylinder for excavation of a bucket, etc., is detected only when no cylinder is present at the stroke end and the speed of the cylinder is zero, and the bucket cylinder is vibrated. CONSTITUTION:A pilot pressure working direction control valve 11 is provided between the excavating hydraulic cylinder 10 of bucket, etc., and a hydraulic pump 16, and a solenoid valve 14 and a proportional control valve 15 are provided between the control valve 11 and a pilot hydraulic pump 22. Under the condition that a reciprocally movable control switch 30 is closed, an extension signal for the cylinder 10 is sent out, and when a signal showing that no stroke end is present is sent out of the stroke sensor 31 of the cylinder 10 and also when a signal showing that the speed of the cylinder 10 is zero is sent out of the speed sensor 32, the solenoid valve 14 is switched in a short period and the cylinder 10 is reciprocally moved, thereby vibrating the bucket, etc.
