Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To reduce remarkably the temperature distribution between arranged electronics and modules and to keep an operating element in the modules to a stable temperature by designing the constitution that a condensing section of a heat pipe is cooled directly with a coolant supplied from a manifold. CONSTITUTION:When the coolant 10 is supplied to the manifold 16, the coolant 10 having an equal temperature is distributed to each electronics module 1 through a supply circut 17 in the manifold. The coolant 10 is led through a joint R15a and a joint P14a to a water jacket 13 provided to the condensing section of the heat pipe 3 of the electronics module 1, which deprives heat of the operating elements 2a, 2b. The coolant having increased temperature from the deprived heat is led to a recovery circuit 18 in the manifold 16 through the joints P14b and R15b again, and flowed to the outside of the manifold 16 after being collected at the circuit 18. Thus, the efficiency of the cooling is improved remarkably and the dispersion in the temperature due to the degree of the contact is eliminated.
