Vibroisolating rubber

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To improve durability of a vibroisolating rubber and reduce an amount of deflection due to load, by forming an outer cylinder of the vibroisolating rubber to a flat polygon, and bonding an elastic material of a reverse V-shape in a longer side direction of the polygon thereby to avoid local stress concentration. CONSTITUTION:An elastic material 1 of rubber in a reverse V-shape is bonded with vulcanization between an inner cylinder 9 inside of the elastic material 1, which cylinder 9 receives load upon installation, and an outer cylinder 8 in a shape of a flat pentagon. An upper elastic material 11 and a lower elastic material 12 each as stoppers having a small thickness are bonded with vulcanization to an upper and lower inside surfaces of the outer cylinder 8, respectively. Moreover, there is defined a rebound side clearance 13 between the elastic material 10 and the upper elastic material 11, and there is also defined a bound side clearance 14 between the elastic material 10 and the lower elastic material 12.
