Sheet cassette for copying machine

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To offer a simple, light and uncostly sheet cassette with a small number of parts by such a construction that only a sheet press member and an elastic sheet are furnished at the body of sheet cassette. CONSTITUTION:The body 21 of a sheet cassette is equipped at its tip of bottom part with an opening 26 for sending off the sheets as well as at the tip of the inside with a sheet press member 25 for pressing the leading edges of the sheets loaded, and further an elastic sheet 28 to prevent double feed of the sheets to be sent off from this part is installed in such a way as blocking the opening 27 for sendout of the sheets. According to this arrangement, only a sheet press member 25 and an elastic sheet 28 are furnished at the body 21, so that the number of parts used is small and that the construction can be made simple, light and uncostly.
