Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To input a required picture simply with a clear resolution by providing the titled device with a guide regulating the moving direction of a probe body obtained by fixing a line sensor, measuring the moving distance and controlling the input timing every measurement. CONSTITUTION:The line sensor 11 is fitted to the probe body 12 so that the image pickup input surface becomes its lower surface and connected to the device body and a controlling device 13. Rolling body guides 15 consisting of rollers are pivotally fitted to the probe body 12. The guides 15 are fitted so that their peripheral surfaces are projected from the line sensor 11 and turned while abutting their peripheral surfaces to a picture surface 16. A rotary encoder 17 to be used as a range finder is interlocked with the rotational shaft of one guide 15, generates a pulse signal every movement of the sensor 11 by a prescribed distance and applies the pulse signal to the controlling device 13.
