Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the characteristic and the function by eliminating a procedure operation for an unnecessary functional part after mounting by a method wherein junction pads are formed respectively for a plurality of functional parts, and connected to a common external terminal as required. CONSTITUTION:The pad 21 is connected 23 to an output part 7 of a logical circuit, and the pad 22 is connected 24 to an input part 8 of the logical circuit. When only the input circuit 8 is necessary, only the pad 22 is connected by a metallic fine wire 25. Thus, only a necessary function of both the functions is connected to an external terminal 5, and after mounting the procedure operation from the outside is unnecessitated for the unnecessary function as conventional, and this restriction is eliminated; therefore the characteristic and the function of an LSI improve.
