Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent wearing and seizing of sliding surfaces by a method wherein a rotor is attached to the end of a driving shaft so as to inscribe it to a casing forming a gear pump and discharged oil is supplied forcibly to a part necessitating lubrication through an oil sending path in the driving shaft. CONSTITUTION:When the driving shaft 6 is rotated, the rotor 33 is rotated through a coupler shaft 37 about a center OR while the casing 34, forming the gear pump, is rotated together with the rotation of the rotor 33 through a contacting point about a position OC eccentric to the center OR of the rotor. During this period of time, the volume of a pump chamber, formed between an outer teeth 35 and a recessed groove 38, is varied at every rotating angles, while the lubricating oil, compressd at the terminal end of a compression stroke, is discharged into a discharging chamber 42 and the discharged oil is supplied forcibly and surely to the part necessitating lubrication through the coupler shaft 37 and the oil sending path 46 in the driving shaft 6. According to this method, the wearing or seizing of the sliding surfaces may be prevented surely even in the horizontal type scroll compressor.
