Method of molding synthetic resin container

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To make a container main body and its lid body of different resins respectively, by moving a slide pin forward and then backward while injecting the different resins with a time lag when the container main body and the lid body are molded integrally with the hinge section. CONSTITUTION:The slide pin 15 is moved into a hinge cavity section 10, and an opaque melted thermoplastic resin 17 is injected into a container cavity section 8. Then the slide pin 15 is retracted, and a transparent melted olefin type thermoplastic resin 18 is injected. The resin 18 is compatible with the resin 17. The resin 18 proceeds through the hinge cavity section 10 and comes in contact with the end surface section of the container main body 1 thereby melting part thereof to be welded thereto.
