Solid-state image pickup device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To improve the performance of resistance to shock and to obtain an excellent resolution, by providing the 1st base fixed with a solid-state image pickup element, a piezoelectric oscillator oscillated integrally with the element and the base and the 2nd base restricting the oscillation width of the base less than the amplitude of destruction of the oscillator. CONSTITUTION:The 1st base 2 mounting a solid-state image pickup element 1 is fitted at the center of a piezoelectric vibrator 4 provided with vibration free on the 2nd base 3 and the element 1 is vibrated with the vibration of the vibrator 4 in horizontal direction spatially. A support 5 is provided at the center of the base 3 and the vibrator 4 is supported and fixed to the base 2 via a fixed member 6. Further, a position regulating body 11 restricting the vibration amplitude of the base 2 less than the amplitude of destruction of the vibrator 4 is provided on the base 3. The regulating body 11 is brought into contact on the circumference of the base 2 to form a plate or rod shape restricting the vibration amplitude so as to a capacitor between sides of the base 2. Then, the resistance to shock of the image pickup device is improved and the excellent resolution is attained.
