Rotary disk holding device
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a rotary disk holding device, by providing an elastic part which presses a center shaft to two planes of a center hole and unifying the elastic part with a hub by means of thermoplastic resin, etc. in a form having elasticity. CONSTITUTION:A rotary disk and its holding device consist of a square center hole 10, a hub 9 having a driving hole 11 and set at a position apart from the hole 10, a turntable 17 containing a center shaft 12 and a driving shaft 13 with which the holes 10 and 11 are fitted to each other in order to mount the hub 9, and a carriage 15 containing a lower head 16 and an upper pad 14. The shaft 13 gives force F1 to the hub 9, and the shaft 12 gives force F3=F1 to the hub 9 as the reaction of the force F1. Thus the moment MD is produced to turn a disk 1 clockwise. While the disk 1 is held between the pad 14 and the head 16 and produces the frictional force F2. This force F2 serves as the counterclockwise revolution resistance moment MR to the shaft 12.
