Distributed constant filter

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To attain miniaturization, ease of manufacture and uniform characteristics, by forming an input/output coupling electrode film or the like on one major plane of a green sheet, laminating the green sheet by a thickness required for both sides and forming the electrode film on the outer surface. CONSTITUTION:Interdigital resonance electrode films 2a-2e, an input coupling electrode film 3, and an output coupling electrode film 4 are formed on one major plane of a high frequency dielectric green sheet 1 with the printing or vapor deposition. Green sheets 5, 5... made of the same material as that of the green sheet 1 are laminated on both sides of the green sheet 1 so as to obtain a required thickness. An electrode film 8 in place of a metallic case made of Pd, Pt or the like taking the sintering temperature of the dielectric material into account is formed on the entire outer surface of a block body formed in this way so as not to be short-circuited with lead pins 6, 7 by the printing or vapor deposition. The distributed constant filter formed in this way is miniaturized, the manufacture is easy, the characteristic is uniform and the cost down is attained.
