Automatic varied-angle controller for electrically driven remote control mirror
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To simplify operation and eliminate time loss and prevent erroneous operation by automatically varying a mirror angle by setting a speed-change lever to back position and restoring the mirror angle after the lever is set to neutral position and preventing a manual operation switch circuit to operate during restoration operation. CONSTITUTION:When a speed-change lever is set at back position, a switch SW1 is turned ON, and a circuit FF and a timer circuit T1 are turned ON, and motors ML and MR are brought into conduction, and right and left mirrors are angle-varied downward. During the time when a circuit T2 is turned ON, associated with the completion of timing on the circuit T1, the mirrors stand still, and the motors are brought into conduction when a circuit T3 is turned ON concurrently with the completion of timing of the circuit T2, and the both mirrors are angle-changed inside, and the mirrors stand still after timing is completed on the circuit T3. When a lever is returned to neutral position, the switch SW1 is turned OFF, and the circuit T1 is turned ON when the circuit FF is reset, and the both mirrors are restored to upward direction in the same way, and the mirrors are directed outward when the circuit T3 is turned ON. During restoration operation, a manually-operated switch circuit MWS is not supplied with positive electric power, and manual operation of said switch is prohibited, and thus the circuit is protected from erroneous operation, and simple operation is permitted.
