Ice cream containing ingredient

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To provide ingredient-containing ice cream having balanced nutrition and suitable as a food for patients, etc., by compounding vegetables, seaweeds, fish and shellfish, meat, etc. to ice cream. CONSTITUTION:For example, ice cream (for 6 people) containing vegetables, fish and shellfish, and seaweeds can be prepared as follows. (i) 20g of carrot, 20g of a white meat fish and 1g of WAKAME seaweed are boiled, made pasty with a mixer, and strained. (ii) Two egg yolks, a half cup of sugar and a teaspoonful of corn starch are mixed together and heated in a water bath. (iii) 150cc of milk added with a teaspoonful of gelatin is heated. (iv) 200cc of fresh cream is whipped. (v) The above materials are mixed together, and frozen under adequate stirring to effect the entrainment of air to obtain the objective ice cream.
