Clean unit and clean room system for cleaning room

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To shorten the term of execution reducing the cost thereof by a constitution wherein, in the titl unit for industrial applications and so forth, an air inlet, a blower and a dust collector are arranged in a columnar main body upward in this order continuously connecting a horizontal air duct to the lower surface of the main body ceiling. CONSTITUTION:The air in room is absorbed from an air inlet 2 by means of a blower 3 passing through a filter 4 to catch any dust further sterilizing the air as necessary to be forwarded to an air duct 7 and discharged into a room from an air outlet 6 as clean air. Thus the air in the room is circulated for cleaning to be blown into the room in conformity with the shape of the air outlet 6 of the air duct 7. Several numbers of these clean units are installed in the room as a clean air system. In such a constitution, the installation of the system may be simplified shortening the term of execution and reducing the cost thereof.
