Wound magnetic core
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a wound magnetic core, loss thereof is small and which is excellent in stability on use, by thermally treating an Fe group or Co group amorphous magnetic material under the state in which a small magnetic field is applied. CONSTITUTION:The amorphous magnetic material consisting of groups such as Fe groups, Co groups, etc. heat magnetic-field treated in a weak magnetic field of 0.5-10 Oe is used. On a Co group amorphous magnetic material, a composition is represented by formula (CoaFebMncTd)100-x-y-zSixByMz, 50<=a<=99, 0<=b, c, d<=10, 7<=x<=20, 5<=y<=20, 0<=z<=15, 15<=x+y+z<=30 and a+b+c+d=100 are formed in the formula, and T and M shall be specific elements and one kind or more. In each component, Fe and Mn reduce magnetostriction, Ti, Zr and other component T improve amorphous formation capability by additions, and the addition of Cr, Cu and other component M enhance corrosion protection.
