Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent additional load on a motor regardless of prolonged strong mold clamping by fixing a screw shaft with an electromagnetic force to retain a force in the mold clamping or the like so that a motor is allowed to be released after generating a specified force. CONSTITUTION:A motor is rotated with transmission shafts 32 and 33 connected through a clutch mechanism 41 to sent a screw shaft 15 turning a rotary disc 16 with the transmission shaft 32 and gears 17a and 17. A mobile disc 13 advances and closes dies 14 and 14 to effect a strong mold clamping and when the mold clamping pressure reaches a specified level, an electromagnetic device 42b is excited to fix the transmission shaft 32 on the side of a housing 22 thereby retaining the mold clamping force. Then, the clutch mechanism 41 is opened and a clutch mechanism 44 closed to rotate a transmission shaft 34 and a nozzle touch member 43 simultaneously connecting them whereby a screw shaft 43b advances into a fixed disc. An electromagnetic device 45b is excited to move the shaft unit 43a axially until connected to a brake plate 45a to retain a nozzle touch force.
