Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain the titled molding which can simplify the production process and the equipment with a prenotching by a method wherein a metal strip with a resin formed by extrusion molding is sheared and roll molded and a lip is formed by extrusion molding. CONSTITUTION:A resin section 8 is formed on a metal strip 17 by extrusion molding, sheared and roll molded to form a profile with a specified shape. Then, lips 5, 6 and 7 are formed by extrusion molding other than those sheared. This enables a prenotching thereby eliminating pressing as post-process.
