Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To decrease dispersion in heating control temperature of a heating device and to decrease costs, by connecting a resistor to a thermistor type sensor as a unitary body. CONSTITUTION:A resistor 11 is connected to a thermistor type sensor 4 in series. Terminals 15a and 15b at both ends of the thermistor sensor 4 and an end terminal 15c of the resistor 11 are held by a holding member 16 made of ceramics and the like. The temperature detecting device is put in a constant temperature oil tank, and a specified voltage is applied across the terminals 15a and 15c. The resistor 11 is adjusted by trimming and the like so that a voltage corresponding to the specified temperature is obtained at the terminal 15b.
