Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To save power consumption by setting a display means of an operating state and a temperature control means of fixation to a power saving mode by operating a power saving instructing means, and releasing the power saving mode by operating a power saving release means. CONSTITUTION:The temperature of a heat roller is detected by a thermistor 44, and inputted to a temperature control circuit 42, as is in a usual ready state, to control the heat roller 23 to a precribed temperature. When a power saving instructing key is depressed, or a ready state is continued exceeding a constant interval of time, a power saving circuit 41 operates, sends a control signal to a temperature control circuit 42, to control a heater lamp 43 so that the heat roller obtains a temperature of a power saving mode. Also, the power saving circuit 41 sends a control signal to a display control circuit 45, too, and the display control circuit 45 executes a control so that a power saving mode pilot lamp 36 is turned on and an illuminating lamp 46 is turned off in the power saving mode, and so that the power saving mode pilot lamp 36 is turned off and the illuminating lamp 46 is turned on except the power saving mode.
