Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To make quick reproducing possible easily by providing a data selector circuit to input the output of a counter to an address decoding circuit in case of access and to input the output of a register circuit to the address decoding circuit in case of quick reproducing. CONSTITUTION:In case of the high-speed access operation, a switching signal is used to switch a data selector 36 to the side of an up/down counter 33, and the difference between a track address reproduced at this time and a target address is preset to a register 30. Data of the register 30 is set to the counter 33, and the output of the counter 33 is inputted as an address signal of an ROM35 to the ROM35 through the selector 36 and an address decoder 34. The output of the ROM35 becomes a speed control voltage. In case that a reproduced picture is watched to perform quick reproducing, the selector 36 is switched to the side of the register 30. Data which determines a quick reproducing speed is inputted to the register 30 from a microcomputer, and this data is inputted to the ROM35. Consequently, data in the register 30 is changed to change the speed optionally.
