Injection molder equipped with telescopic member replacing apparatus

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To automatically replace the telescopic member of a mold main body so as to improve the operating efficiency of an injection molder, by providing the mold main body mounted to a platen with a telescopic member mounting section, and providing a telescopic member inserting guide, a telescopic member storing box and a telescopic member transferring apparatus just over the telescopic member mounting section. CONSTITUTION:The upper part of a telescopic apparatus section 5 of the mold main body 2 attached to the platen 1 is opened so that the telescopic member 4 can be inserted from above. The telescopic member storing box 19 and the telescopic member transferring apparatus 10 are provided, and the inserted telescopic member 4 in the telescopic member mounting section 5 of the mold main body 2 can be replaced automatically and positively by the telescopic member inserting guide 13 attached to the telescopic member transferring apparatus 10. Therefore, if a telescopic member 4 is prepared to be mounted in the telescopic member storing box 19, the mounting and dismounting of the telescopic member 4 can be effected quickly, and the steps of injection molding can be successively carried out.
