Small-size engine driven generator

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To make a generator unit compact as a whole and to improve the stability and transportability by pacing an engine, a generator, and a fuel tank in parallel on a structure and installing an engine muffler above the generator. CONSTITUTION:A fuel tank 3, an engine 4, and a generator 5 are placed in parallel on a structure (base plate) 1. A muffler 12 for the engine is installed above the generator 5. By placing individual element lengthwise like this, the unit can be made narrow and compact. Since the position of the center of gravity is lowered at the same time, the stability and transportability of the generator unit can be improved.
