Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To exert the heat exchange capacity and blasting capacity to the utmost by a method wherein the dirty state of a filter is judged by detecting and inputting the rotational frequencies of the impeller of a fan to a judgment circuit for dirty state of the filter in order to inform the time to clean the filter. CONSTITUTION:The output of a photosensor type rotational frequency sensor (a) of an impeller is counted at a counter circuit (b) in order to be converted into a rotational frequency in a CPU (d). The CPU compares the rotational frequency with the characteristic of blast memorized in advance in order to discriminate the dirty state of a filter and consequently to output a check sign to a display part (f) for information. In this case, in order to prevent the misjudgment due to dew adhered to the filter at its start from occurring, the judgment of the dirty state of the filter is performed after a certain fixed period of time by means of a delay circuit (c). Due to the constitution just mentioned above, the time to clean the filter can be seized precisely, resulting in exerting the maximum capacity.
