Automatic controlling system for discharging deposit
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To perform rationally the automatic control for discharging deposit in a device for discharging automatically the deposit by separating the theoretical factor of the amt. of deposited sludge and the factor at which an inadequate value in the stage of operating cleaning-up of water is generated, and performing the treatment according to the actual condition of the water to be treated. CONSTITUTION:The water which contains sludge and is to be treated is subjected to detection of its turbidity in a trough 3 with a detector 10a, to stirring under addition of a flocculating agent in a stirring basin 4 and to flocculation of the sludge in a floc forming basin 5. The flocs are settled in a settling basin 6 and the residual sludge is filtered in a filter basin 7 through an outflow trough 6a. The treated water is discharged as clean water from a purification basin 8. The calculation of the amount of the deposited sludge and the discharge coefft. for calculating the discharge intervals at which the deposit is discharged are separated in this case. The discharge coefft. is beforehand tabulated and stored in accordance with the average concn. of the water to be treated in a prescribed time. The discharge coefft. is counted back by observing the amt. of the water accumulating in a vessel in the actual operation and the stored coefft. is corrected, whereby the efficient discharge treatment of the sludge adequate for the actual operation is made possible.
