6-way power shift regulator

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To provide a means for the longitudinal position adjustement of a seat and the independent vertical position adjustment at the front and rear of the seat with a single driving motor by connecting disconnecting a driving body of revolution and a follow-up body of revolution using an electromagnetic clutch. CONSTITUTION:A front vertical position adjusting mechanism 5F, rear vertical position adjusting mechanism 5R, and longitudinal position adjusting mechanism 22 are provided between a seat track 1 and a cushion seat 4 and can be driven by means of a forward and backward rotary motor M. Three driving gears 33A-33C and three follow-up rotary shafts 35A-35C are inserted in a clutch box 25 with free relative rotation and the electromagnetic clutches 36A-36C containing clutch pawls 34A-34C are provided between both. As a result of such structure, the front vertical position adjusting mechanism 5F, rear vertical position adjusting mechanism 5R, and the longitudinal position adjusting mechanism 22 can be driven independently or at an arbitrary combination by the revolution of the forward and backward rotary motor M.
