Laminated inductor
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To produce no disconnection even if a soft-solder shortness is generated at the fringe section of electrodes by a method wherein respectively superposed holes are provided at a part of both end sections of a magnetic substance layer at the time of forming the magnetic substance layer and connection electrodes are formed by filling a conductive material in these holds. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic substance layer 1 is formed on a substrate. A wiring pattern 2 is formed on the layer 1 and a leader electrode pattern 2 is simultaneously formed at the other terminal section of the layer 1. Next, a magnetic substance layer 4 is formed by leaving the right end of the pattern 2. At that time, a hole 5 is left at the left end of the layer 4. Next, a conductor coil pattern 6 is formed at the right half of the laminated substance and the hole 5 is buried with the same material as well to form a connection electrode piece 7. Next, a magnetic substance layer 8 is formed so as to cover the right half of the laminated substance. At that time, a hole 9 is formed at the right end of the magnetic substance layer. After repeating such a process, a magnetic substance layer 15 is formed on the laminated substance. Connection electrodes 16 are exposed at right angles with the leader electrode on both ends of the laminated substance made in this way. In this composition, no disconnection occurs even if a soft-solder shortness is generated at the terminator electrodes.
