Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To shield lines, by providing a lot of through-holes between a plurality of lines in a triplate type line. CONSTITUTION:Lines 11, 12 are sandwiched with ground conductors 4, 5. Through-holes 6 are provided between the conductors 4, 5 to separate the lines 11, 12. The inside surface of the through-holes 6 is plated. As an interval of the through-holes, it is made sufficiently narrow in comparison with the wavelength. As a result, the lines 11, 12 can be shielded.
