Atmospheric pressure correcting method and device of air-fuel ratio in internal-combustion engine
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To accurately perform barometric correction of air-fuel ratio, by calculating or reading a barometric correction coefficient on the basis of output signals of an atmospheric pressure detector and absolute pressure detector which detects absolute pressure in an intake pipe in the downstream of a throttle valve. CONSTITUTION:Detected values of a throttle valve opening sensor 4, intake pipe absolute pressure sensor 8, rotary speed sensor 11, O2 sensor 15, atmospheric pressure sensor 16, etc. are input to an electronic control unit 5, on the basis of each detected value, the valve opening time of a fuel injection device 6 is arithmetically controlled. Barometric correction items in the above calculation are calculated by using a prescribed arithmetic formula on the basis of the both detected values of said sensors 8 and 16 or read from a memory, and change of an intake air quantity on the basis of change of the atmospheric pressure can be accurately calculated.
