Annealing device for iron core in magnetic field
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To permit annealing in a magnetic field with good efficiency by a method wherein an exciting coil for generating the magnetic field is provided at the outside of a furnace and a DC magnetic field is introduced in the furnace. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic core 6 forms a magnetic circuit by working with an amorphous magnetic iron core 1 installed in an annealing furnace 5 and a part of the magnetic core 6 is exposed to the outside of the annealing furnace 5. An exciting coil 2 is wound on the part of the exposed magnetic core 6. A switch 4 is turned on under the condition that the temperature of the annealing furnace 5 is maintained at a suitable annealing temperature and an iron core 1 is magnetized. Next, the switch 4 is turned off under this condition and the annealing in the magnetic field of the iron core 1 is done. In this way, the exciting coil is not directly wound on the iron core 1, so working hours can be shortened and the exciting coil is installed at the outside of the furnace. Therefore, the application of heat-resistant treatment is not required for the exciting coil. This can efficiently perform annealing in the magnetic field.
