Fixing device for car under illegal parking

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To offer a device to secure control of parking violation by applying a fixing device to a wheel of the car under violation against parking regulations, by locking it and thereby hindering the driver from driving away. CONSTITUTION:A bent part 1' of No.1 fixing member 1 is fitted at a wheel cover outside the wheel as well as a folded part 7'' of No.2 fixing member 7 is located inside the wheel 2, whereafter No.2 fixing member 7 is slided toward the wheel side to detain the folded part 7'' with the wheel. In this condition, a rotor 8 is turned by a key 5, and a cog 9'' on a rotary member 9 fastened to this rotor 8 is put in meshing with a cog 7''' on No.2 fixing member 7. Thus No.2 fixing member 7 is hindered from moving.
