Manufacture of constructional board

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To mix uniformly a filler with a urethane foaming material in producing an interior material for a bath room or the like, by foaming the filler like sandwich between the urethane forming materials applied on a surface material and on an undersurface material. CONSTITUTION:The surface material 1 having a U-shape in cross section and made of a rigid polyvinyl chloride or the like is successively fed onto a lower conveyor 9, the urethane raw material 2 is poured in the recess of the surface material 1 by a pouring apparatus 11, and the filler 3 containing glass fibers is scattered from a hopper 12. On the other hand, the urethane raw liquid 5 is sprayed by a pouring apparatus 14 onto the undersurface material 4 of an aluminum foil sheet or the like, and is put on the surface material 1 and is pressed by a roll 15. At this time, the filler 3 is sandwiched between the urethane raw liquids 2 and 5, which penetrate, foam and harden. In this case, the urethane raw liquids 2, 5 intermix, and the filler 3 is uniformly mixed with both the raw liquids. The constructional board obtained in this manner is excellent in heat insulating property, resistance to water, etc., and is used as an interior material for a bath room or the like.
