Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To easily obtain any damping characteristic by forming a plurality of different orifices on a partition wall of a fluid filling chamber to produce a composite damping characteristic of each orifice. CONSTITUTION:Two orifices 10, 11 different in diameter and length from each other are formed on an orifice plate 9. At the time of compression, the working fluid on the orifice plate 9 flows through two orifices 10, 11 into the lower chamber 2b to produce a composite damping characteristic of respective damping characteristics of eoch orifice 10, 11. Accordingly, the damping force can be kept large in a target frequency region, the peak value of coefficient of damping can be large in the target frequency, and furthermore the peak value of coefficient of damping can be plural, so as to provide a mount which can be used widely for various purposes.
