Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To provide a recording device equipped with a stable and reliable full line multi-array type ink jet system, by a method wherein an ink jet device supporter is fixed, for which the supporter is rotated around a supporting axis that holds the ink jet device supporter and a substrate. CONSTITUTION:A guide pin 303 is fixed into a ring-form groove 304, and a coller 130 is fixed on a guide axis 131. In this situation, a hinge holder 129 is pushed in the left direction of the figure via a spring 302. And a hinge stand 128 held by the holder 129 and a supporting plate 106 connected to the hinge stand are also moved to the left of the figure to accompaniment of the movement of the hinge holder 129. In this state, the end of the supporting plate 106 is separated from a cleaner head 133, thereby the supporting plate 106 can be removed from a substrate 126, or it can be rotated around the hinge pin 138, to be fixed at a separated position from the head 133, in which the supporting plate 106 is given some angle against the substrate 126 surface. Thus, maintenace for an ink jet head section 103 and the head 133 is easily performed.
