CONSTITUTION:Rice bran or wheat bran is heated, blended with white sugar, muscovado, raw herb, powdered tea, coffee, etc. and tableted by a tablet machine, or rice bran or wheat bran is added to a raw material for chocolate, caramel, candy with starch base, bean jam, dumpling, Senbei (Japanese cracker), or Yokan (sweet jelly of beans) during their preparation, or rice bran or wheat bran is heated, cut into pieces, and blended with other powdery ingredients such as sea tangle, Wakame seaweed, dried small sardines powder, etc., or rice bran or wheat bran is heated, and blended with a liquid substance such as tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, soup, etc., to give a healthy food.
