Laminated coil

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain specially large inductance value and value of Q for a laminated coil by laying a plurality of conductors for a spiral coil between sheets of magnetic substance as sandwich like. CONSTITUTION:Green sheets 4, 5, 6 of ceramic and green sheets 7, 8 of ferrite are square insulating sheets having thickness of the order of 10-100mu, conductors 9 for spiral coils are formed by printed wirings etc. on main surfaces at one side except the green sheet 7. The internal ends of the conductors 9 for the coil of the green sheet 8 and green sheet 6, the external ends of the conductors 9 for the coil of the green sheet 6 and green sheet 5, and the internal ends of the conductors 9 for the coil of green sheet 5 and green sheet 4 are connected respectively so as to form a coil. Further areas in the center parts of the conconductors for the coils of the green sheets 4, 5, 6 where are corresponded to each other are passed through and inlayed with a green sheet 10 of ferrite, and the green sheet 7 is overlapped thereon. Thus the green sheet 10 and the green sheets 7, 8 are to be sheets 7, 8 are to be connected.
