Automatic constant-speed drive device
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a quick response of deceleration in an automatic constant- speed drive device for a car by providing an overdrive cut means to restrain a state of overdriving at the time of operation of a fine-adjustment deceleration switch. CONSTITUTION:During an automatic constant-speed drive, when a set switch 3 is pushed to make an operation of fine-adjustment deceleration, an analog switch 7 is closed, and a voltage equivalent to a driving car-speed at present is given a D/A conversion and inputted into a memory circuit 11. Then, a reset state occurs to stop the output to a comparison circuit 12. Consequently, a control valve 17 is released, and gradually operated for deceleration. Simultaneously, a cut signal is sent to an overdrive cut circuit 13, and an overdrive solenoid 16 is unexcited. Thereby, an automatic speed change gear is brought to a shifted-down state to the third speed, and allows to obtain a precise deceleration control with a rapid response together with the operation of deceleration.
