Control device of idling revolution in engine
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent an engine from overshooting by increasing the amount of suction air gradually when the number of revolutions of the engine is over the first fixed value but lowered under the second fixed value. CONSTITUTION:In an idling state where a throttle valve 7 is at an idling position and a number of revolutions N of an engine is under a fixed value, a CPU 22c obtains a target number of idling revolutions NSET in accordance with a temperature of cooling water and a load of a cooler, and a temporary target throttle opening T1. Then, the first correction term of a target throttle opening T2=(NSET-N) and the second correction term T3 to correct a rapid lowering of revolutions are calculated for obtaining the target throttle opening TSET= T1+T2+T3. When the number of revolutions N is under the first fixed number of revolutions Ne, T3 is selected as the first fixed amount T3'. When N is over Ne and under the second fixed number of revolutions Nm, the second fixed amount T3'' is added, that is, a calculation is successively carried on as T3= T3'+T3''+.... This construction permits to prevent the engine from overshooting or stopping.
