Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To surely maintain the sealing performance inside a fluid chamber even if a tensile load is applied to a partition plate in its extending direction by interposing and securing the peripheral part of said portion plate between the shoulder of a frame and a ring member which is screwed in the frame. CONSTITUTION:While the peripheral part 31 of a partition plate 26 is engaged with a shoulder 31, a threaded part 33a of a ring member 33 is screwed in a threaded part 32a of a large diameter part 32 to press the internal end (shown at the lower part in the drawing) of the ring member 33 onto the peripheral part of the partition plate 26. The partition plate 26 is therefore interposed and secured between the ring member 33 and the shoulder 31. If a fluid in a fluid chamber 24 flows into an auxiliary chamber as much as a diaphragm 25 is swelled and a load is exerted on the ring member 33 to push it upward in the drawing, the threaded parts 32a and 33a prevent the ring member 33 from being urged up, on account of which the sealing performance of the peripheral fitting part of the partition plate 26 will not be deteriorated.
